Let it be?
I think the album the album that we listened to was let it be by the beatles but im not sure. Either the way tthe album was listenable. Im gonna admit that i wasnt really paying attention the lyrics but more of listening to the music. It was really different from please please me and that just shows how much they really evovled and now that i think of it more and more i dont think their just ever was or will be another band as dominating as the beatles, fan or not you have to admit that.

The who and "scratch" documentary (2 in 1)
Like the rollimg stones, i dont know much about the who. I know that theyre the entrance music for CSI:whateverthename and their song baba o'reily (i think baba o'reily is the entrance music but i dont know im a SVU guy.) I prefer the who more than i did the stones and i really liked that whole tyrade the did on the talk show, those guys went pretty hard. That keith moon guy really was a character and his drumming was just a style i havent seen before. The only drummers i ever really liked was the drummer (whos name i dont know) in Fire jimi hendrix and steven adler, the drummer for guns n roses (he was pretty good in my opinion)
Alright now onto scratch, that documentary is directly up my alley because that is the music i bump the most. Afrikka bambata and the zulu nation, eric b and rakim, grandmaster flash and the furious 5 and all that real good stuff. Im gonna watch the rest of that documentary when i get home today because that is straight hip hop. The hip hop genre will never be the same again in my opinion because all they rap about nowadays is "killing people, or beatin the meat, or gettin high" and i dont give a rats ass about how high you get or how many people you "kill". (Prodigy of mobb deep explains this topic before it even got Huge Click here for the truth) The only rappers i respect in this Modern hip hop era are kendrick lamar and lupe fiasco and the Wu-tang of course (since theyre members are still puttin out albums) in fact i already i already got that new album that came out today

You want a good laugh? lil b california boy
Alright so the other day i listened to one of the most sorriest excuses for a song ever! This is a lil b song and if you read my lil b post then i wouldve warned you that he is a bad rapper, who i think is trolling all of us and in time he will release an album that blows all our minds. But this song right here is going to be straight garbage. This video is the equivalent to lady gaga trying to become a full time east coast gangster rap artist.
Rolling stones
Ive never listened to the rolling stones before i just know of them and that they have mick jagger but thats about it. i dont really like them..im not so sure about their style..it was all country and and stuff not that im one of those country haters but i just wasnt feeling their music. I know that theyve been touring forever and all that but im not sure what their most recognizable song is. id probably know it if i heard it bus as of now im pretty clueless to it. I looked at all their album covers on wikipedia and the first few ones looked like beatles album covers. especially rolling stones no.2 compared to Meet the beatles! Lets have a look see..
On the left we have Rolling stones no.2 and on the right we go Meet the beatles! The beatles album was released a year earlier than the stones album so i guess theirs is the original. This probably isnt relevant but i thought that i just throw it out their.

Black moon
As of late i have been listening to Black moon- How many mcs which is a classic underground hip group consisting of buckshot 5ft and dj evil dee. This was their debut album Enta da stage which was positivley acclaimed by critics and this personally is my favorite song off of the album. The flow of the song is so smooth with a basic beat with nothing flashy done by a bunch of pure mcs.
Hard days night
After watching hard days night i really found out how humerous the beatles really were especially john lennon, although im more of a fan for live movies and single camera set ups, this movie was still well made and looked like the black and white was in HD almost. The first video we see saw i prefer more but this one overall was still fun.

Mo-town
when we listened to mo town it was stuff that i was of course familiar with because thats stuff that my aunt and grandma used to listen to and talk about so none of that was really new to me. I really feel that the mo town era is totally overlooked by this day and ages generation and it deserves alot more respect then what it already has.

beatles for sale
The beatles.. ive never disliked them but never really been a fan of them but i can tolerate their music because its just straight classics and i respect the classics. Although the songs were a lot different than the ones on the previous album they still had good instrumental, but the lyrics were all dark and what not. definatley not an album i would buy, but id probably download a couple of songs but not necessarily the whole album.
Lil B
As of late ive been listening to "lil b the based god" and while his music at 97% of the time makes no sense at all and i question my self, "why am i listening to this"? Well i listen to his music because it kind of just grows on you somehow.. His most famous song is "wonton soup" and that is where the word "swag" became heavily popularized whether people like it or not, and he was apart of "the pack" and they had their hit single back in about 2007-08 called "got my vans on". Lil b comes out with 2 mixtapes every month and i try keeping up with them but some of them are total garbage with 2 good songs on it. As of late he has had 2 decent songs that were both covered. he covered a david banner beat on his song "i own swag" and he covered rick rosses "stay schemin" titled "realist bitch". Check them out if you have time but dont suprised if you find yourself shutting down in 4 seconds.

Twist and shout
twist and shout is a really good song in my opinion and i used to listen to that song religously everyday. I heard the song at a rangers baseball game years ago but it was just a cover. I searched the interenets real hard that night (this was about 6 years ago) finding the original because im not really a beatles fan but i do respect them. After i found it i listened to that song for a good 2 months or so during the summer then i eventually got tired of it, but it doesnt hurt to listen to it again every now and then
